Previously, Diemas contributed to Indonesia’s national development as an Energy Policy Analyst at the Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas) and the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment. He also held the role of Secretary General of the Indonesian Geoparks Youth Forum (IGYF), a youth-led organization focused on sustainable development in geopark communities. Diemas has also served as an Investment Fellow at Stella Capital, further broadening his expertise in strategic advisory and investment.
